ヒトは地球のゴキブリか Are we a cockroach of the Earth?
深夜１１時、職場に巨大ゴキブリが出た。
いつなくなるか分からない残り少ないコックローチSで壮絶な戦いを繰り広げる。
なぜ私たちはゴキブリがこうも大嫌いなのか。これは大きなナゾである。
解く鍵は、ゴキブリが3億8000万年も姿形を変えていないことにあるような気がした。
そもそも進化とは、環境に適応する必要のある種に起きる現象である。
環境への適応とは、「周囲に気を使う」と言い換えることができる。
ところがゴキブリは進化の必要があまりなかったらしい。
なぜか。ゴキブリは「気を使わない」生物なのだ、と考えてみた。
だから姿形を変える必要もなく、嫌われる存在となった。
コオロギだって黒光りしているし、ホタルだって夜行性で飛び回る。
しかし皆、他者に依存し、気を使い、地球における立ち位置をわきまえているかのような生活をする。
ゴキブリは違う。一人でも生きていけるたくましい生命力、精神力を持っている。
他人の生活にずかずかと土足で上がりこむ厚顔無恥な行為も、生きるためには平気にやってのける。そうしたずうずうしさで嫌われているのだ。
ここまで考えた時、ヒトも現在のところゴキブリと同じような傍若無人な道を歩んでいるような気がした。（片手にはコックローチS）
しかし残念ながら、ヒトはゴキブリほど強くはない。
ヒトがいつか、コックローチS級の手痛いしっぺ返しを食らう時、絶滅に時間はかからないだろう。
つまり、「ヒトは地球のゴキブリには決してなれない」ことをわきまえなければならないということだ。
It’s not a simple story like that mankind is disliked by everybody of the Earth.
Why do we dislike a cockroach?
It may be one of hints that cockroach has not changed their own body shape in 3.8 billion years.
Evolution is a phenomenon for organisms which need to adapt their own body to new environment.
Cockroaches have not needed and it means that they have no cooperative personality.
They don’t think about adaption for environment at all and are disliked by other organisms, especially by mankind.
Crickets are also oily black and fire flies are also flying at night.
But they have cooperative personality for other creature and seem to think their own position on the Earth.
Cockroaches don’t behave like that at all.
They are really strong enough to live themselves alone and break in other’s privacy rudely. That’s why they are disliked.
Then I worry about that mankind may seem to do like cockroach.
Don’t we break other’s life than necessary? Do we have enough cooperative personality as a member of the Earth?
Unfortunately mankind is not strong as like a cockroach.
If we don’t make evolution to our social system for environmental changes, we will become extinct.
Mankind can not become a cockroach on the Earth.
