温泉豆腐 Onsen Tohu
That was really great..
I felt a little bit getting a cold, so ate some oranges and boiled tohu.
The boiled tohu was brought by my colleague.
To cook the tohu, using the special water to boil, which was called "chori-sui", and special tohu which was named "Onsen (Hot spa) tohu".
The tohu was melted and looked just like a block of "Yuba (leaves of tohu milk)".
And I had that with the Japanese green citrus "Kabosu" flavored soy source and pepper, which were also brought by my other colleague.
The onsen tohu and these options made a great combination!
I could forget my bad feeling after the healthy lunch.
It's the Japanese food.
